BroadWay Bistro

The original Broadway Bisto came about in the late 1960's in south New Orleans. The purpose was to provide genuine seasonal dishes, served and prepared with the finest ingredients. Ever since the doors opened some fifty years ago, The Broadway Bistro has used fresh, market-purchased goods to prepare their highest acclaimed dishes - this tradition remains today.  

 

The Kansas City addition to The Broadway Bistro family is a continuation of the New Orleans legacy. Our head chefs oversee (and participate in) the development of all dishes and sees that all dishes are suitable for the finest of palates. It is a passion here at the Broadway Bistro to supply their guests will the finest of environments, dishes, wines, and service.
